The apartment has a fully equipped Kitchen with Hob, Oven Microwave, Fridge freezer and the usual accessories (Kettle, toaster, Coffee maker, Blender etc) The adjoining Utility room has a separate sink and Washing Machine. The lounge has a large dining table with 6 chairs, a large L shaped sofa and a wall mounted LCD flat screen TV showing UK terrestrial channels with a separate DVD player. There is also Fibre Optic WIFI free to its guests with a fully loaded Amazon fire stick that has 1000´s of films and programs from around the country including Sky Sports. There are 3 large bedrooms (2 with fitted wardrobes) consisting of; Bedroom 1; large double bed. Bedroom 2; large double bed and Bedroom 3 with two single beds. Two temporary camp beds are also available. All the bedrooms and the lounge have a new Air Conditioning system throughout (Fujitsu AC units) which is a superb silent AC system. The Air Con is FREE to its guests (NO COIN METERS) This apartment comfortably sleeps 6 with the facility to sleep two more (children) with the addition of fold up temporary style camp beds. There are 2 bathrooms. The first communal bathroom consists of a Bath tub while the Main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with walk in shower. Both bathrooms have the usual Sink & Wc. There are two terrace / areas. The first is West Facing with afternoon Sun and accessed via the Lounge and overlooks the Main communal Pool. The second is accessed via the Kitchen Utility room and also overlooks the Main Pool and Palm Tree Avenue. Timon has TWO swimming Pools situated in its Communal garden with one being open all year around. The Main Pool sits in the centre of the Complex Gardens while the second Pool (which is slightly smaller) is towards the South end of the Complex. Timon has a fantastic Garden area running through the Complex with a mini stream running through its middle. The Location of the Timon Complex is unbeatable. Situated in central Benalmadena Costa it is a 1minute walk to the Beach and surrounded by bars restaurants and shops You do not need a Car when staying here. This area is the Main Beach of Benalmadena Costa with 100’s of Bars and water sport entertainment places including speedboats, paragliding and pedelo’s Walking away from the beach the main supermarket (Mercadona) is a mere 2minute walk away. The Puerto Marina is a 10minute walk away along the Paseo passing all of the Beach Bars and restaurants.
